1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 777pln platform — whether through a web browser or the 777pln mobile application — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the 777pln platform. Your continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

2Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an active account on 777pln, you must meet all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of or currently located in the Philippines.
• You are registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person.
• You do not already hold an active account on 777pln.
• You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion or account restriction applied by 777pln.
• The information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

777pln reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including during registration or before processing a withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a passport, driver's licence, UMID, SSS card, or PhilHealth card.

3Account Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777pln account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes associated with your account. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account. Operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended pending investigation.

You must notify 777pln immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or suspect your credentials have been compromised. You can reach our support team via the contact details in Section 12. 777pln will not be held liable for losses resulting from account access that occurred before we received notification of a security concern.

• Keep your password secure and unique to your 777pln account.
• Do not use a shared device or public network to access your account without logging out afterwards.
• Enable OTP verification — it is required for all financial transactions on the platform.
• Update your contact details promptly if your registered mobile number or email address changes.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 777pln are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits can be made via accepted Philippine payment methods including GCash, Maya, and online bank transfers through participating Philippine banks. Specific payment options available to your account are displayed in the Deposit section of the platform.

Deposits are credited to your account balance after successful confirmation from the payment provider. 777pln does not control the processing times of third-party payment services and cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems.

Withdrawals require completed KYC verification before they can be processed. Funds will be sent to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed according to our standard processing schedule. Processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method and account verification status.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the platform.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered in the same name as the 777pln account.
• Deposits made via credit cards or cryptocurrency are not accepted on 777pln.
• 777pln reserves the right to request additional verification documents before releasing a withdrawal.

5Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on 777pln are subject to the specific game or sport rules applicable at the time the bet is placed. These rules are available within each game or betting market on the platform. In the event of any conflict between a general rule and a sport- or game-specific rule, the specific rule takes precedence.

Bets are only confirmed once you have received an on-screen confirmation and the bet has been deducted from your account balance. Do not assume a bet has been accepted based solely on entering your selection — always verify the confirmation message.

777pln reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted due to a technical error, a manifest pricing error, or circumstances that would render the result of the event uncertain or invalid under standard sporting or gaming rules. In the event of a void, the stake will be returned to your account balance.

• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your account balance automatically.
• Live in-play bets are subject to market suspension and may be rejected during fast-moving periods of play.
• Unsettled bets on events that are postponed will be handled according to the relevant sport rules displayed in the betting section.
• 777pln does not guarantee the availability of any specific game, market, or event at any time.

6Promotions and Bonuses

777pln offers promotions and bonuses to registered players from time to time. Each promotion has its own set of specific terms covering eligibility, minimum deposit requirements where applicable, wagering requirements, valid game categories, and the period during which the offer is active. These specific terms are displayed alongside each promotion in the Promotions section of the platform.

By claiming any promotion or bonus, you confirm that you have read and accepted the specific terms of that offer. General terms that apply to all promotions on 777pln include the following:

• Promotions are available to registered, verified players only unless otherwise stated.
• Only one promotion may be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• 777pln reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Promotions cannot be transferred between accounts or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Any attempt to abuse or manipulate bonus systems — including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of related bonus balances.

7Responsible Gaming

Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Operating more than one account.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, bonus systems, or pricing anomalies.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent or criminal activity through the platform.
• Attempting to access the platform from a restricted jurisdiction.
• Breaching the age requirement — accounts found to be held by anyone under 21 will be closed immediately.

Where an account is closed due to a breach, 777pln reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where closure is at the player's request and no breach is identified, any verified real-money balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method following completion of the standard withdrawal process.

9Limitation of Liability

777pln provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and platform performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any service, game, or feature on the platform. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected technical issues may result in temporary unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777pln and its affiliates, officers, and staff will not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to secure their credentials.
• Losses resulting from a player's decision to place bets or wagers on the platform.
• Technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or device malfunctions that affect a player's ability to place or manage bets.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment service providers.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
